TJ is President & Chief Executive Officer for First Community Credit Union.  He has a Master’s of Business Administration in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing, both from Sam Houston State University. TJ is involved in many organizations in Tomball and the greater Houston community.  He has or is currently serving on the boards of the American Heart Association Gulf Coast Region, the Harris Health System, the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tomball Rotary Club, and the Tomball Police Department Explorer Post #5451.  TJ is also an active member of Salem Lutheran Church, where he serves on the Governing Board. TJ and his wife Susan have been married since 2005 and reside in Magnolia, Texas with their three children, Josh, Jacob, and Charlotte.  TJ and all three of his children were born at Tomball Hospital.

2026 Annual Funding Process

Tomball Regional Health Foundation (TRHF) has an online funding process.

Process for 2026 Funding:

  • TRHF utilizes funding management software, so the entire process is online. 
  • Funding requests will only be accepted during the funding window as outlined in the timeline below.
  • Letters of Interest (LOI) must be submitted for review. Upon approval, organizations will be invited to complete the full funding application.

How to Apply

  1. Determine Eligibility

  2. Submit an electronic Letter of Interest (LOI) by the deadline.

    If you are a new user, create an account in our secure system to begin your LOI. Returning users, please utilize your existing account.
    *The 2026 LOI submission window will open June 1, 2025.

  1. Notification/Invitation

    Following submission of the Letter of Interest (LOI), organizations will either be invited to submit a full funding application OR will receive notification that they will not be advancing to the application phase.

Administrative Manager

Sarah Dill joined TRHF in December 2022 as Administrative Manager. She has an extensive background working for community-centered organizations, including Lone Star College, Conroe Family YMCA, Leadership Montgomery County Alumni, South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce, and Trinity Klein Lutheran Church. Sarah is a native of Corpus Christi and a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Sarah is also a recent graduate of Leadership North Houston and currently serves on the Leadership North Houston Advisory Council. She and her husband, Alan, a 22-year Tomball ISD teacher, moved to Tomball in 2005 and currently reside in Klein. They stay busy keeping up with their son, a recent graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, and their teenage daughter.

Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey Klein is the Chief Executive Officer of the Tomball Regional Health Foundation. He is a graduate of Tomball High School and Texas A&M University where he received his B.B.A. in Management with honors. In addition to his 30 years in the retail and wholesale food business, Jeffrey has been active in his community in a variety of ways including serving on Congressman Kevin Brady’s Military Academy Appointment Board, the Tomball Chamber Board of Directors, President of the Rotary Club of Tomball and as a founding board member and secretary of the Tomball Education Foundation. He joined the Health Foundation in September 2022 and brings a vision to lead the organization into the second decade serving the health and wellness needs of area communities where his family has called home for five generations. He is a graduate of Leadership North Houston and received his certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from the Bush School of Government at Texas A&M.  Jeffrey and his wife, Traci, have three children and attend Trinity Klein Lutheran Church where he has served in a variety of leadership capacities.

Maggie Yacoubian serves as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress. Maggie transitioned from HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball where she served as Chief Nursing Officer for 4 years. Prior to joining HCA’s Gulf Coast Division, Maggie worked in HCA’s Nashville market, TriStar. She has served in many leadership roles throughout her career. Maggie has been a registered nurse since 1997. Maggie holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Leadership and Management. Maggie and her husband Jack have three children, Reece, Luke, and Landon. Reece is a student at the University of Houston and Luke and Landon play football for Washington State University. She and Jack reside in Tomball.    

Eligibility:

  • Organizations applying for funds must be tax exempt under sections 501 (c)(3) or 170 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code and be classified as a public charity under section 509 (a) of the Code.
  • Organizations assisting individuals with health and wellness in at least one of the thirteen zip codes listed below.
  • Organizations and agencies may submit only one application during the annual funding window which will begin January 1 and end December 31. 
  • Organizations that have been previously funded must be current on their required reports.

  • Underwriting or contributions to luncheons, galas and social fundraisers
  • Grants for major medical research projects
  • Requests for individual scholarships
  • Major arts organizations
  • Grants supporting candidates for political office, political parties or PACs
  • International organizations
  • Grants to local, national or international organizations’ annual giving or holiday campaigns
  • Grants to 509 (a) (3) Type III supporting organizations
