2026 Annual Funding Process
Tomball Regional Health Foundation (TRHF) has an online funding process.
Process for 2026 Funding:
- TRHF utilizes funding management software, so the entire process is online.
- Funding requests will only be accepted during the funding window as outlined in the timeline below.
- Letters of Interest (LOI) must be submitted for review. Upon approval, organizations will be invited to complete the full funding application.

Determine Eligibility

Submit an electronic Letter of Interest (LOI) by the deadline.
If you are a new user, create an account in our secure system to begin your LOI. Returning users, please utilize your existing account.
*The 2026 LOI submission window will open June 1, 2025.

Notification/Invitation
Following submission of the Letter of Interest (LOI), organizations will either be invited to submit a full funding application OR will receive notification that they will not be advancing to the application phase.
