Annual Funding Process

Tomball Regional Health Foundation (TRHF) has an online funding process.

Process for 2027 Funding:

  • TRHF utilizes funding management software, so the entire process is online. 
  • Funding requests will only be accepted during the funding window as outlined in the timeline below.
  • Letters of Interest (LOI) must be submitted for review. Upon approval, organizations will be invited to complete the full funding application.

2027 Funding Timeline

June 1, 2026 LOI Opens
June 30, 2026, 11:59pm LOI Deadline
August 3, 2026 Notification Regarding LOI Status/Application Opens
September 6, 2026, 11:59pm Full Application Deadline for Approved Organizations
Early December 2026 Notification of Funding Awards
January 2027 Funding Agreements Due


How to Apply

  1. Determine Eligibility

    Does your organization meet the TRHF’s eligibility requirements?
    See Eligibility Requirements.

  2. Submit an electronic Letter of Interest (LOI) by the deadline.

    New applicants must contact TRHF to apply.

  1. Notification/Invitation

    Following submission of the Letter of Interest (LOI), organizations will either be invited to submit a full funding application OR will receive notification that they will not be advancing to the application phase.
