Dr. Janna Hoglund resides in Tomball, Texas. She is a former Director at Lone Star College-Tomball Community Library. Currently, Dr. Hoglund is the Executive Director of the Montgomery County Memorial Library System. As a library leader and executive, Janna is actively engaged with the community the library serves. She believes that building and sustaining strategic partnerships is one of the key aspects of establishing an organizational presence within the community and adding value. She recently served as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Tomball Education Foundation. Dr. Hoglund has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Master’s Degree in Library and Information Sciences, and Doctor’s Degree in Leadership and Innovation.
