TRHF is working with Texas State legislators in order to gain flexibility in supporting the broader health needs of the community, including direct support of community health initiatives and gain the ability to serve as a benefactor to such programs. In addition, TRHF seeks to ensure that its capital base is appropriately invested in order to serve the long term health needs of the community.
