Jack Smith has been a resident of the Cypress area for more than 50 years. He owns his own nursery business, where he grows plants wholesale for the retail market. Mr. Smith graduated from Cy-Fair High School and holds a BS from Texas A&M University.
Danny Marburger is a Sales Representative at the American Plant Food Corporation. Mr. Marburger has been a resident of Waller, TX for 43 years. Mr. Marburger received a BS from Sam Houston State University.
Jerry Till is a retired Air Force Officer in addition to being a Deputy Superintendent of Business in the Alief School District. Currently, Mr. Till is a board member of First Community Credit Union, Houston and is a member of the Tomball Rotary Club. He was previously a member of the Harris County Appraisal Board, the Tomball Planning Commission and Tomball Economic Development Commission. Mr. Till has been a Tomball resident for 22 years. He received an MS in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from the University of Colorado.
Lori Wilson has been a Tomball resident since 2001. She is the Director of Employer Relations for HCA Healthcare, where she works directly with organizations to encourage their employees to engage in healthy behaviors and lifestyles to reduce health care costs. She has previously served as Chairman of the Tomball Planning and Zoning Commission, founding member of the Tomball Business Association, and as President of the Harris County Emergency Services District #8. Lori and her 120 lb. Golden Retriever, Samson, visited nursing homes in the Tomball area for many years as members of Therapy Pet Pals of Texas. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Le Tourneau University.
Stavros A. (Tom) Kikis has lived in the Spring area for 35 years. He retired after selling his CPA firm in 2008. Mr. Kikis has or is currently serving on several non-profit boards; The ECHO Foundation, Klein ISD Education Foundation, Ponderosa Volunteer Fire Department, Houston Northwest Chamber, Lone Star College System Facilities Review Committee and Richey Road MUD. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
William Guy Hogue III is the owner, CEO and President of Moss Seal Company which he has operated since August 1988. He joined the Tomball Hospital Authority board in September 2007. Mr. Hogue has been a resident of Northwest Houston since 1952. He graduated with a BBA degree from the University of Houston in 1975.
Elmer L. Beckendorf has been involved with the Tomball Regional Medical Center since 1973, having served as Chairman of the Tomball Hospital Authority board for 30 years. He and his wife of 66 years, Dorothy, have lived in the Rose Hill Community for the last 65 years. Mr. Beckendorf is also a member of the Rose Hill United Methodist Church.
Latrell Shannon has lived in Tomball for the past 56 years. She is a graduate of Tomball High School, North Harris County College (now known as Lone Star College); and holds a B.S. in Business Management from LeTourneau University. She is also a graduate of the Paralegal Studies Program at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies - Houston, TX.
Latrell is currently a licensed real estate broker, after retiring from a 30 year career with AT&T (formerly Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.). She and her husband Sam, are members of The Woodlands Church - NorthPointe. She also serves as the Historian for the Bogs-Hufsmith Cemetery Association. She is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Souvenir Program Committee and also the Tomball Citizens Police Academy Association.
Latrell's past history of involvement with the City of Tomball includes serving on: the Parks & Beautification Advisory Board (Vice Chairman), Zoning Committee, Board of Adjustments (Vice Chairman), City Charter Review Board, City Comprehensive Planning Committee, Tomball Regional Hospital Board of Directors, the E.C.H.O. Foundation Board of Directors and as an Election Judge for both Tomball and Harris County. She has also served as the secretary of the Tomball Regional Arts Council (TRAC) and as a judge for the Tomball High School FFA Scholarship Program.
Vicki Clark is the Senior Vice President/Commercial Lender CommunityBank of Texas. She currently serves as President and Executive Team Member of the Tomball Pregnancy Center, Board of Director of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and Holiday Parade Committee Member, Board of Director of the Tomball Regional Health Foundation, Member of Tomball Regional Hospital’s Healthy Woman, Member of the Rotary Club of Tomball, and Lifetime member of the Strathmore’s Who’s Who in America. Leadership North Houston Graduate - Class of 2009.
She has previously been a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Quarter Horse Committee, Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo Horse Show Committee, Board Member and Secretary of the Soroptimist Club of Pasadena, Bayshore Hospital Women’s Advisory Council, Member of Tomball Hospital Healthy Woman Advisory Council, Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee Chair as well as a Tomball Regional Arts Council Board Member.
Vicki is married and has two children is a Fourth Generation Texan and Native Houstonian. She is a member of Salem Lutheran Church and is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking and has over 37 years of banking experience in the Commercial and Business/Private Banking arenas and has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees over the past 30 plus years in the Tomball, Houston and Pasadena area.
Ralph Foxworthy is employed by Baker Hughes Inc., where he has served in a variety of capacities for over 28 years. He has lived in Tomball since 2001 and has supported several charities in the area. Mr. Foxworthy has a BS in Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Jim Ross moved to his Tomball residence in 2003 when he became the Chief Financial Officer for Tomball ISD. He continues to work with Tomball ISD as CFO and was the CFO at Columbus ISD for over 10 years prior to working for Tomball ISD. He is a graduate of Texas A&M - College Station and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
Steven Vaughan has been a Tomball resident for 23 years. He has been a community banker for 39 years and is Sr. Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Spirit of Texas Bank. Mr. Vaughan holds a BS degree from Texas A&M University and a master of banking from Southern Methodist University's Southwest Graduate School of Banking.
